		<description>Interesting. I came to the same conclusion about renting here in Baltimore in 2005. I can&#039;t tell you how many times I heard &quot;You better buy or your going to miss the boat.&quot; I don&#039;t hear that so much these days, although I have started looking at houses. 

As far as higher education goes, the colleges have been forced to adapt to the systematic dumbing down of the the public school system. Flunking out 50% of your customers is bad business, so the requirements get easier and easier. Every time my employer brings in another gaggle of interns, we are shocked at how little they actually know.</description>
